We're unable to make changes to your order once you've checked out. This includes:
- Changing the item or size
- Altering shipping address
IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. WE WILL NOT REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.
Your order can take up to 7 business days to be processed and packed before being shipped. The processing time is separate from the USPS/FEDEX/UPS transit time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.
No, due to the nature of the releases and limited stock items, we do not accept returns.
IF THE ERROR IS ON OUR END WE WILL COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING TO REPLACE THE UNUSED PRODUCT(S). IF BAGS OR TAGS HAVE BEEN OPENED/TAKEN OFF WE WILL NOT REPLACE THE PRODUCT(S).
