Shipping policy
Your package can take up to 7 business days to be processed and packed before being shipped. The processing time is separate from the USPS/FEDEX/UPS transit time. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.Â
If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still in process & has not shipped.
- We are unable to make changes to address once an order has been placed or an item has been shipped or in transit.
- An email will be sent with a tracking number when your item has shipped.
- If you have not received an email with a tracking number then your order is still in process & has not shipped.
- Packages that are sent back to the fulfillment center due to insufficient addresses will be refunded the cost of products minus the cost of shipping.
We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed. King's Cross LLC is not responsible for any mistakes in addresses inputted by you (the customer).
